You really can't overlook this guy. He leaves nobody indifferent. Choose any Negative's forum at random to check what's going on in his topic. It's a challenge to present this unique guitarist in few words. Christus has been always electrifying the crowds. That made Jonne so persistent to get him into the band. Joining the group, Christus poured all his love to rock music in order to make the sound of Negative more 'concrete'.
Sir grew up with a guitar in his hands. He's been playing since he was 5 year old tot. Nothing strange as for the first son of Arwo Mikkonen (died in 1986), Popeda's guitarist. Sir's younger brother Matthau is the lider of another great finnish band called Bloodpit. Christus loves being free, emphasizes having the great ability to seize every single day and moment given in his life.
In the end, let's make it crystal clear. He's known as 'Sir Christus', so do NOT call him Jukka Christian Mikkonen (16.05.1979) as he doesn't want to.
